Set-up: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (ready by 11:00)
Take-down: 4:00 PM (not before)
FEES
$40.00 vendor fee (due upon acceptance) per space/booth, No refunds after August 1, 2026

REQUIREMENTS
To help ensure a safe and successful event, vendors agree to:
- Carry liability insurance (recommended minimum $2M)
- Have any required business licenses
- Follow all applicable health and safety regulations
FOOD VENDORS:
- Must have Food Safe certification
- Follow local health guidelines and obtain any required permits
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, equipment, and belongings
- Tents must be securely weighted
- Please keep your space clean and remove all garbage
- Electricity is limited-bring extension cords if arranged in advance
AGREEMENT
By signing below, you agree to participate at your own risk and take responsibility for your booth, products, and setup. You also agree not to hold the event organizers liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to your participation.
